General payment schedule
- Upon receipt of Travel Voucher: 30 per cent of cost.
- Not less than 30 days before departure: 100 per cent of cost.
- Notes:
(i) Payments are required within seven days, except where circumstances dictate that we request otherwise.
(ii) Suppliers may demand stricter payment terms on some bookings. These occasions will always be advised to you before booking and stated on your Travel Voucher. Individual cancellation terms will always be stated.
(iii) Late payments, at our discretion, have an administrative charge of $10 and risk cancellation.
Note:
There may be services which require full payment in advance. In such cases a separate invoice or
different payment schedule may apply. Your travel consultant will advise.
If you are a Travel Agent or Tour Operator engaged with us, the payment schedule outlined in our valid agreement will supersede the General Payment Schedule detailed above.
